About Us

NuMark Building Corporation began as a discussion around the family dinner table over the course of several years. Ron “Nuper” Nunnikhoven and his three sons, Isaac, Levi and Lance have almost 30 years of post-frame building construction experience between them. They had always considered the idea of starting their own business and pursuing a common passion that would allow them to work together and provide for their families. That discussion became a reality in the fall of 2008 as the Nunnikhoven family took a “leap of faith” and began their family business, known today as NuMark Building Corporation.

Ron “Nuper” Nunnikhoven is now the President of NuMark Building Corporation and also the sole salesperson. Nuper has a strong passion for sales and passionately believes in taking care of his customers. It’s not often these days that the President of the company is out in the field trying to maintain relationships with customers and capture sales. Nuper is just a “roll up your sleeves and help out” kind of person, sales is truly his calling.

Isaac Nunnikhoven is NuMark’s estimator, order processer and helps manage our jobs and inventory. Isaac has a key role in satisfying our customers and getting the proper material ordered on time and delivered properly.

Levi Nunnikhoven and Lance Nunnikhoven are hard at work each day as the leaders of our crews. Levi and Lance are the friendly, knowledgeable faces that our customers depend on to show up and manage their jobs each day. These guys can take a job from start to finish professionally and satisfy our customers each and every day. They have raving fans all around the state!
